tried it before, can anyone give me advice on what kind of bait to use and how far behind to draw? How about Marlin, or so I'm told.
I would recommend rigged ballyhoo with a blue or green skirts. Baits work too though. Mahi Mahi (Dorado) will eat almost anything, they are not picky. about 6 or 7 knots. If you want to target both immediately large heavy dark troll bait around 100 yards behind the other boat and bait this time. If the dolphin key everythign green / yellow and blue / White and troll for 5knotts, with lines, varrying in the distance.
